Bentley implemented a proactive strategy to incorporate feedback early in the design and planning stages, mitigating risks to delivery. Continuity across a long project lifecycle was maintained through robust handover procedures and the consistent involvement of key project team members.

Long-term partnership with Harworth and collaboration with the original landowners, the Lincoln Family, to deliver a flagship village green at the heart of the development. The scheme is now bringing new communities to life, with residents enjoying enhanced open spaces, NEAPs, and LEAPs.
