Regeneration of Chesterfield’s public spaces through site clearance, resurfacing, minor drainage works, market reconfiguration, and soft landscaping, all while maintaining an operational town centre with live market activity.

Approach

Implemented value engineering with the design team, phased works, and a market transition plan to minimise disruption to local traders and visitors. Programme and budget constraints were carefully managed throughout.

Highlights
