The Project

A multi-phase regeneration project of a Town Centre comprising:

• Demolition of existing housing occupying the site
• Multi-use centre (library, police, parish council)
• Refurbishment, alteration and extension of existing precinct building
• New public realm and car park
• Utility diversions and new supplies to all buildings
